We are a small company, based in Santa Fe, NM, U.S.A. All of our web orders are shipped from our Santa Fe studio directly to the shipping address you supply. Our goal is to prevent shipping from giving you heartburn. Here's how we do it:
Domestic (U.S.) Orders: All domestic orders ship with a flat-rate of $9.95, usually via U.S. Postal Service 1st Class or Priority Mail. Why "usually"? Because sometimes other methods get larger packages to you faster, and we like that. In any case, the flat-rate usually gets our products to your door in 3-4 business days from the ship date, and oftentimes quicker.
International Orders: We can ship to almost any address in the world. For all orders outside of the United States, we usually ship via USPS. Rates may vary based on item size, weight and location. Note that there may be restrictions, meaning some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.
Any Duties and Taxes charged by the recipients country are the responsibility of the recipient. While shipping via USPS can sometimes help to avoid this, there is absolutely no guarantee of that.
We strive to process and ship all orders ASAP but please keep in mine that we make everything to order and do not hold inventory. We actually know the name of every person we make something for and while we group together orders for similar items, they are still handled individually.
If you need items by a particular date, please make note of it on your order, and we will try to fulfill the request.
Shopping online is tough, especially when shopping for hand-crafted items made with natural materials, like our soft chrome tanned leathers . It's hard not to be able to touch and feel everything.
That's why all of our items come with a 30-day return policy. If the item(s) you receive aren't what you expected for any reason, we will gladly offer a full refund. Simply contact us if you would like to return an item and we will send a shipping label and guide you through the process. It usually takes between 10-15 days to fully process a return after we receive the item(s).
We do have a few ground rules, though:
In order to qualify for a refund, you must first contact us, the item(s) must be returned in their original new form. We cannot issue refunds for partially assembled, damaged, custom, personalized or patched products, items in less than new condition or modified products. Please return your item(s) in the packaging you received it in. The item(s) must be shipped back to us within 30 days of receiving it.
