Shipping, Returns & Exchanges

Here at  IJ (Innovative Journaling) we make a valiant, mindful and creative effort to get you the right product to suit your individual needs.

Shipping*

Orders shipped to USA have a flat fee for shipping regardless of size for retail orders only.
Orders shipped to other countries have a flat fee based on location and weight.

*We make everything by hand and to order and so orders can take a couple days up to 3 weeks before they are shipped.

IJ encourages all customers to purchase shipping insurance. We are not a logistics service and have no control of products once they have left our facility. By purchasing shipping insurance, the products are covered by the insurer if lost or damaged in transit. IJ is not responsible for the chosen logistics network's practices or mishaps.

Returns & Exchange

In the event that you need to return or exchange; mail your order to the address below with the order number, info, and an explanation for the return or exchange.

All IJ products must be new, unused, not discontinued or clearance and in original condition in order to be returned for refund or exchanged. Clearance items such as our garage sales are non-refundable. Non-clearance items will incur a 20% restocking fee.
Personalized items and custom book covers are NOT returnable unless we made a mistake.

If an exchange is needed, the customer needs to contact IJ first. Customer will cover shipment costs on items in route back to IJ and we will ship new items to the customer. If expedited shipping or shipping insurance is requested on exchange, the customer will be responsible for costs.

In the event that any is defective or a mistake is made on our end, we will issue a full refund, credit or exchange upon approval by management.

IJ reserves the right to accept or refuse any return or exchange.
